Based in Schiphol-Rijk, Travelurgent brings travel assistance and parcel services together. Whether you need a flight, a hotel, transport or help sending your luggage, we’re here to assist.

Flights, hotels and transport

Contact us to arrange flight reservations, hotel bookings, taxis or Uber rides. We’ll check availability and explain the price and conditions before you pay. Once your booking is completed, we’ll send your confirmation and travel details.

Luggage collection and shipping

Travel lighter. We can arrange to collect your luggage from Schiphol luggage storage or lockers with your written permission and the required collection details. Collection at D16 may also be arranged in advance, subject to access and availability.

We then arrange shipment to your home, hotel or another destination, subject to the carrier’s conditions.

Travelurgent’s collection and handling fee is separate from shipping costs. You’ll receive a quote before proceeding.

Parcel services

Send and collect parcels through our supported delivery networks, including DHL Parcel, DHL Express, Vinted go, Mondial Relay, UPS, GLS and DPD. Contact us to check which service is available for your shipment.
